- Step 3: Once the email is sent, please log in to your email and check the received email (Please also check your spam box if not received).

- Step 4: Please open the email in your inbox. Click on the "Reset password" button.

Once done, you are redirected to change your password.

- Step 5: Input your new password,, re-enter it, and click "Submit".

After that, you are redirected to log in to your account once again.

- Step 6: Login using your email and new password.
